Costco BBQ — The Kirkland Signature Grill
Permalink |I picked up a new BBQ over the weekend. I was tired of dealing with charcoal, so I went with an LP gas unit. I looked around at various models, and for the price you sure get a lot of grill by shopping at Costco.
Although it’s listed at $999.99 (shipping included) on the Costco website, the “Kirkland Signature Stainless Steel Grill”:1 was $799.99 at my local Costco. I imagine the difference is the shipping costs for this beast (it weighs in at almost three hundo pounds).

I also think about buying this Grill. Was it easy to assmble?
I am concerned about only having high power 3 burners. How do you like it so far? Do the 3 burners spread the heat evently?
Thanks Ron

Ron,
Yeah, it was pretty easy to assemble. One thing… it is heavy. However, a friend and I were able to carry it up some stairs to my deck (after I took everything off of it that I could). The burners work well and get the grill plenty hot. The complaint that I have is that it runs hotter in the back than in the front of the burner. Oh, and the rotisserie is awesome.
Overall, I really like it a lot. I can’t really say that I have a lot of experience with gas grills, but this one does it all for me.
